Dwarka Mahal — Hand Carved Teak Wood Radha Krishna Mandir By TIMBERCRAFTIN | Crafted in Saharanpur, India
The Grand Sacred Palace — Named After Krishna's Own City
Dwarka — the golden city of Lord Krishna. Sacred. Magnificent. Eternal.
The Dwarka Mahal by TIMBERCRAFTIN carries this legacy into your home. Our largest and most ornate temple, this is a piece that takes weeks to complete — because greatness cannot be rushed.
Built for Radha & Krishna
The Dwarka Mahal is designed with a wide, open interior that creates a breathtaking sacred stage for Radha Krishna idols. The scalloped Mehrab-style arch frames your deities like a royal palace gateway. Above, a triple dome crown — one central pointed Shikhara flanked by two round domes — rises majestically, just as temples have been built in India for centuries.
The Details That Set It Apart
No other home temple has this — elephant carved columns standing guard on both sides of the shrine. In Indian tradition, elephants at temple gates bring prosperity, protection, and divine blessings. Our artisans in Saharanpur carve each elephant entirely by hand, with its own unique character.
Three carved drawers at the base store all your puja essentials. Claw feet ground the temple with regal weight. Every surface — cornice, arch, drawer fronts, column bases — carries dense, intricate floral handwork that speaks of hundreds of hours of skilled craft.
